From Minneapolis please allow an extra 15 minutes drive time:

  • take I-94 to downtown St.Paul. Take the 7th street exit. 
  • Go straight ahead through the first intersection and it automatically turns into Wall Street.
  • Go two blocks to  Fifth Street.  Take a left at 5th St. (around the Farmers Market pkg lot).
  • Go one block to Broadway St.  Take a right at Broadway.
  • Go one block and you'll see Prince Street on the left side only.   Turn left. 
  • Our 100 year old historic building is named the Northern Warehouse Bldg.
  • We are above the Black Dog Cafe so stop by if you need a beverage or a light snack.  
  • There is a restroom in the cafe and on the second floor if you need to freshen up. 
  • There are three parking lots next to the building so parking is easy. 
  • Pay $2.00 in the prepay envelopes.  Enter through the main entrance on Prince Street. 
  • Ignore buzzer/security systems (only for residential lofts).   Go up to the second floor, we are in studio 226.  Welcome! ! !

From Eagan, Apple Valley and 35E south

  • take 35E north toward downtown St. Paul.  Continue past downtown and merge onto I-94. 
  • You will very quickly turn a wide corner  Take the 7th Street exit.

From downtown St. Paul and the Convention Center: 

  • Visualize a large " C " that starts at the Convention Center.  When you follow Kellogg Blvd. around

              downtown St. Paul you will come to the end of the "C" and the end of the downtown area.  We are

              at that opposite end.  The last turn into downtown St. Paul is Broadway Street. 

  • Turn left at Broadway St.  Proceed one block and the first block (only on the right side) is Prince Street.

From Woodbury, Wisconsin and points east

  • Take I-94 West toward downtown St.Paul.
  • Exit 243  Mounds Blvd. / U.S. 61 toward Kellogg Blvd.
  • Merge into the left lane.  Turn left at Kellogg Blvd.  proceed over the bridge past several parking lot entrances.
  • Turn right at Broadway Street.  Go ahead one block.  Only on the right hand side you will see Prince Street.
